Adding Builtin Function KroneckerProduct

After adding the built-in symbol Undefined, we move onto our first built-in function, KroneckerProduct.

• Finding a corresponding SymPy function and Wikipedia name for KroneckerProduct
• KroneckerProduct placement in Mathics3
• KroneckerProduct Basic Skeleton
• Checking the KroneckerProduct[] Skeletal Version
• Completing KroneckerProduct
• Testing KroneckerProduct[]
